Bill Holsten Photography

My husband, Jim, and myself share grandchildren with Bill and Phyllis (Andrea is our daughter).  You couldn't find more loving grandparents (Nana/Grandpa and Noni/Gumpa).  When Bill and Phyllis are in Hawaii for a month in November, they'll have a new grandchild to travel with them (Andrea and Tim are having the baby on or about October 20th).  We have no idea as to the sex or any possible names...we'll all be surprised!

We moved to San Diego in May of 2008 to be closer to our adult children/grandchildren.  We have one son, Andy, who lives in Minnesota; the rest of the family (Andrea, Kirstin and Jess) live in San Diego.  Andy is engaged to Erin, and she has a son, Rain.  They plan to get married next summer.  Kirstin is married to Wally, and they have three beautiful girls; (Lucy (9), Annie (soon to be 7), and Ginger (4).  Jess is married to JulieAnne, and we live in the same gated townhouse community.  Andrea is married to Tim and they have two beautiful children; Kai (5) and Sadie (soon to be 3) and one on the way.

I love photography, but  I don't have state-of-the-art equipment.  As such, I live vicariously through Bill's beautiful photographs.  He has a great eye and the opportunity to take photography trips.  I couldn't be happier for him!
